During the cold, cold months of January, a sprinkler pipe busted due to freezing. Initially the school tried to mitigate the damage but called SERVPRO to eliminate the possibility of farther damage. Water has the potential to cost you more down the road than the initial damage will. If left on its own faculties, water can find a way to seep into unwanted areas possibly causing mold, mildew, or microbial growth. If added to the initial water damage, additional mitigation will also add price.
