This water loss was the result of a malfunction in the utility room in a home that spread across 5 rooms. In this case, the hot water heater that was placed in the utility room was the cause of a water leak. The main supply line that ran to the hot water heater busted. Travelling through the subfloor all around the house. We were forced to remove the carpets in order to perform remedial services.
